HOW IT HAPPENED
Plymouth State was able to score first, as they were able to score as Brenna Smith's wrister from the blue line found its a way through the traffic in front, at the 4:13 marker of the first period. The Pilgrims were able to tie the game at the tail end of the second period, as Kaylee Cross scored with a wrister from the point.
Taylor Thomas scored the go-ahead goal for PSU, as she was able to tip in the loose puck, with 6:38 remaining in regulation.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS

- The Pilgrims outshot the Panthers 62-44 in the game.
