New England College

Pats Peak Ski Area, located in the only Henniker on Earth, opened for skiing on January 5, 1963. It was the home of the 1974 USA National Slalom Championship and is located just one mile from campus. 

It is an ideal training ground within minutes of school and NEC is the only college team that claims Pats Peak as its home mountain, which allows NEC priority times for training and races.

Pats Peak has lights on the whole mountain for skiing until 10 pm each night from Thursday through Sunday. Park selection is available for jumps and freestyle.
