The New England College Field Hockey Team continues their 2020-21 campaign Thursday as they host the Owls of Keene State in a rematch at 4:00 pm.

The Pilgrims have only played one game so far this year in a 4-1 loss to Keene State. Neither team has played since that game last Friday as the Owls sit at 1-2. In the game, Keene State controlled play most of the way but New England College had some strong pushes as they held their own. The Owls used a three-goal second quarter to help propel them to a win as they had many strong efforts but did not capitalize much outside of that quarter. The Pilgrims kept pushing the whole game and finally were able to push one through and get on the board. New England College was unable to score again but they will look to keep building on that momentum as they seek a win in this next game. The Pilgrims have a very young squad and will be soaking up the experience as they aim to get better every game and build for the coming fall season. Keene State will look to get to .500 and repeat their performance as they seek another win.
