The New England College Women's Lacrosse Team stays at home as they play their second game in as many days against in-state rival Colby Sawyer College Wednesday, at 4:00 pm.

The Pilgrims come into the game at 2-4 (1-1 NECC) having dropped their last game to Becker College 15-12 the night before. New England College had a very slow start as they found themselves down 9-0 late in the first half. From there the Pilgrims slowly came back and outscored their opponent 12-6 for the remainder of the game. New England College will need to build on that performance in this next game as they look to bounce back.

The Chargers come into the game at 1-1 with a win over Rivier and a 15-13 loss to Norwich. The win against Rivier was in their last game and came by a score of 18-4. Colby Sawyer will look to build off of that strong offensive performance as they seek another win. In the shortened 2020 season the Chargers finished at 2-2 and went 10-7 back in 2019 before losing in the first round of the GNAC Tournament. Going into the game the all-time series sits at 21-21-1 so this game will stand as a tie-breaker.
