HENNIKER, N.H. – The New England College women's lacrosse team won 18-2 against visiting Mitchell College in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action on Saturday afternoon at Don Melander Field in Henniker, New Hampshire. The victory followed a pregame ceremony where the Pilgrims recognized their outgoing Senior Class.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- NEC junior attacker Meadow Gilchrist (Stamford, Conn.) led the 'Grims with seven goals, three assists, three ground balls and two caused turnovers.
- NEC graduate midfielder Annalisa Crooks (Nantucket, Mass.) posted three goals and two caused turnovers.
- NEC senior defender Mary High (Plymouth, Mass.) was a force on the defensive end with five caused turnovers, tying her career-high.
- NEC junior defender Kate Devlin (Walpole, Mass.) had a team-high five ground balls with three caused turnovers.
- Mitchell junior goalkeeper Arrianna Stark (Scotia-Glenville, N.Y.) tallied eight saves on the day for the Mariners.
SENIOR DAY
- Prior to the game, Crooks and High were recognized by the women's lacrosse team and the NEC athletics department as part of Senior Day. The duo – team captains both – were honored by coaches, teammates, family members and fans for all of their accomplishments at NEC both on and off the field. Although their time with the program may be coming to an end, they will forever be a part of the 'Grims family.
