Box Score NEW LONDON, N.H.-The New England College women's soccer team suffered a 3-1 loss to the Chargers of Colby-Sawyer College in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play on Tuesday afternoon.
With the win, Colby-Sawyer improves to 4-1-0 overall and 2-0-0 in NAC action, while NEC falls to 0-6-1 overall and 0-2 in league play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
All four goals were scored in the second half of the second half, as Colby-Sawyer put scored their first goal in the 69th minute with a header goal by Sabbie Sansoucy off of a corner kick by Molly MacLure.
Less than three minutes later the Chargers took the 2-0 lead on Hannah Fields first score of the day. In the 84th minute, NEC's Emily LePage (West Greenwich, R.I.) headed a goal into a far corner from a deep cross by Dawn Johnson (Farmingdale, N.Y.).
Colby-Sawyer put in one final score in the final minute of the game when Fields collected her own rebound and stuffed it in for her fifth goal of the season.
The Chargers held a narrow 18-16 advantage in shots and put five more on net than the Pilgrims at 13-7.
GOALKEEPERS
NEC goalkeeper Kayla Pugliese (Mamaroneck, N.Y.) made 10 saves in the loss, while Colby-Sawyer's Sam Mitchell finished with six saves.
