NABC Release
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced today that the New England College men's basketball team was the recipient of a Team Academic Excellence Award, while three individual student-athletes were named to the 2024-2025 NABC Honors Court.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher, representing achievement in the classroom by men's college basketball teams and players.
The NABC Honors Court honors junior, senior, and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. Senior guard Ashton Ventola (Danville, N.H.) was recognized for the second consecutive year. Junior guard Kenray Emadamerho (Manchester, N.H.) and senior guard Nick Gomeau (Enfield, Conn.) were both first time honorees.
