The New England College Men's Basketball Team takes on a familiar foe, Eastern Nazarene College, as the two teams tip off at 7:00 pm, Thursday evening.
The Pilgrims (6-9, 0-0 NECC) is looking to bounce back after four-straight losses to Colby-Sawyer, Salve Regina, Tufts, and Mitchell. Jamal Allen continues to pace the Pilgrims with 22.5 points per game, as he has registered 20+ points in 11-of-15 games this year. Calvin Cheek stuffs the stat sheet with 14.3 points, while also leading the team in rebounds (7.0), assists (3.9), and steals (5.8). Kyle Inglis and Michael Tavilla each add some secondary scoring for New England College, with 10.3 and 9.7 points respectively.
Eastern Nazarene (7-8, 0-0 NECC) is looking to recover following an 83-54 loss to Trinity (Conn.) on Tuesday evening. Bernie McGuinness leads the way for the Lions, as he averages 18.8 points and 7.9 rebounds. Nick Manso (13.6), Corey McGhee (12.7), and Levi Grady-White (10.5) all average 10+ points per game. Ozzy Trail paces the team with 4.1 assists per contest, while McGhee records a block per game.
