HOW IT HAPPENED
New England College set the tone early, as Panagiotis Galatas was able to strike in the first minute, as he found the back of the net just 56 seconds into the contest off of a free-kick. The Pilgrims continued to put the pressure on the Bulldogs and eventually broke through once again. Tucker Stenger found Kyle Clements, who picked up his fourth goal of the season. NEC continued to maintain control throughout the first half, as they outshot Dean 12-7.
The Pilgrims carried their momentum into the second half, as they fired four shots off before the Bulldogs were able to generate one. In the second half, NEC recorded seven shots compared to just two for Dean College.

GOALKEEPERS
Max Fairbank picked up his first collegiate shutout after recording three saves for the Pilgrims. Bryce Antoch took the loss despite making seven saves.
