WESTON, Mass. – The New England College women's volleyball team split their two matches at Regis College in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action on Saturday at the Regis Athletic Complex in Weston, Massachusetts, prevailing in straight sets over the Blazers of Elms College before falling short to the host Pride of Regis. The Pilgrims run their season record to 4-6 with a 1-1 mark in conference play.

Match One - Score: New England College 3, Elms 0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-17)
Match Two - Score: New England College 0, Regis 3 (25-19, 25-16, 25-12)
MATCH ONE – NEC 3, ELMS 0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-17)
- NEC senior outside hitter Savannah Pilialoha (Waipahu, Hawaii) had a breakout match against the Blazers, tallying a season-best 12 kills with a .348 kill percentage, her most kills since matching the twelve in a September 16, 2023 match at the University of Saint Joseph.
- NEC junior defensive specialist Kristina Cardello (Peabody, Mass.) posted a brilliant defensive effort with 22 digs in just three sets.
- Setters Alexandra Seijas (Fort Myers, Fla.) and Aurora Gutierrez-Macias (El Paso, Tex.) kept the Pilgrim attack rolling with 20 and 16 set assists apiece. Both also posted three service aces.
- Junior outside hitter Lily-Anne Heywood (Derry, N.H.) added nine kills and seven digs.
MATCH TWO – NEC 0, REGIS 3 (25-19, 25-16, 25-12)
- Facing the host Pride of Regis College, picked to finish second in the GNAC preseason poll, the Pilgrims were held to just 18 kills against 18 attack errors.
- Heywood led NEC with five kills and a service ace, while sophomore middle-blocker Jamie Hansen (New Underwood, S.D.) hit .429 with four kills for her best match of the season.
- Cardello posted eight digs while Seijas added seven.
