MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The New England College men's basketball team lost 90-36 at Middlebury College, the third-ranked team in the nation in the latest D3hoops.com poll, on Tuesday evening at Pepin Gymnasium in Middlebury, Vermont in non-conference action.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- NEC freshman guard Khalon Taylor (Tuscon, Ariz.), the reigning New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week, came off the bench to score a team-high eight points with four rebounds, two steals and a block.
- Middlebury junior guard Noah Osher (Northbrook, Ill.) led the Panthers with 14 points, shooting four-of-eight from behind the arc.
- NEC sophomore guard Alex Williams (Miramar, Fla.) contributed five points, five boards and a block.
- Middlebury senior forward Alex Sobel (Setauket, N.Y.) posted 12 points, nine rebounds and four blocks.
UP NEXT
- Up next for NEC, the team returns to NECC play this Saturday when they travel to Mitchell College for a 2:00 p.m. contest.
- Middlebury travels to Wesleyan University for their next game, that coming on Friday at 7:00 p.m.
