Northfield, Vt. – The New England College men's ice hockey team lost 1-0 at Norwich University in New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) action on Friday evening at Kreitzberg Arena in Northfield, Vermont.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The lone goal came early for the Cadets as sophomore Alex Lewis (Moncton, New Brunswick) stuffed a loose puck home sent in front by junior Patrick O'Neal (Indiana, Pa.) on the first shot on goal of the game.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- NEC senior goalie Andrew Kormos (Milford, Mich.) tallied 41 saves for the 'Grims between the pipes.
- Norwich senior goalie Drennen Atherton (Winter Haven, Fla.) finished with 18 stops for the Cadets.
- Shots were 42-18 in favor of Norwich.
