HENNIKER, N.H. – The New England College women's basketball team won their third straight game against visiting Northern Vermont-Johnson on Wednesday at the Bridges Gymnasium in Henniker, New Hampshire in nonconference play.

TURNING POINTS
- Following a closely fought first quarter, the 'Grims came out firing in the second. The offensive explosion grew their lead from two points to seventeen by halftime.
- After a close third quarter of scoring, NEC ran away with things in the fourth quarter, growing the lead to as high as 32 points before finishing with an 84-54 victory.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Pilgrims senior forward Ericka Pratt (Miami, Fla.) led the way with 19 points, 12 rebounds, and 5 assists.
- Junior center Kathleen Rodriguez (McFarlane, Cali.) also posted another double-double scoring 14 points and collecting a team-high 15 boards.
- NEC senior guard Asia Jones (Boynton Beach, Fla.) added 15 points on 3 of 4 shooting from deep to go along with 6 assists and 4 steals.
- Freshman guard Mackenzie McDonald (Boscawen, N.H.) contributed 10 points off the bench for the 'Grims.
- Badgers' sophomore guard Paris Atuahene (Phoenix, AZ) led all scorers with 26 points.
- NEC shot exactly 50 percent from the field while holding NVU to shooting just 27.9 percent.
- New England College remains undefeated while improving to 3-0 all-time against NVU-Johnson.
