Box Score FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – The New England College Men's Ice Hockey team sees nine different players record a point, as the Pilgrims pick up a 6-0 shutout win at Framingham State University, in non-conference action, Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
New England College controlled play from the opening puck drop. The Pilgrims were able to get on the board at the 13:39 mark in the first period, as Hunter Hall scored on a one-timer, off the feed from Connor Inger. NEC took a 1-0 lead into the intermission, as they outshot the Rams 16-6 in the opening 20 minutes.
NEC wasted no time to expand their lead in the second period, as Trevor Momot forced a turnover in the neutral zone, before passing the puck over to Inger who scored from the top of the left circle. Alex LaPlante pushed the lead to 3-0 on the man-advantage, as he was able to score with a wrist shot from the right circle. New England College struck again on the powerplay before the end of the second period, as David Novotny scored off the feed from Connor Lefkof and Anthony Cinato. In the middle period, NEC outshot Framingham State 24-17, while also scoring on both powerplay changes that they got.
In the third period, Inger added his second goal of the game before CJ Valerian picked up his first of the year, giving New England College the 6-0 win.
