Will Hannum joined the New England College football coaching staff prior to the inaugural 2024 season as the graduate assistant working with the running backs.

Hannum was a student assistant coach at Massachusetts Maritime Academy from from August 2017 to June 2022 before he was hired by MMA as an analyst, video coordinator and director of football operations.
