KEENE, N.H. - The New England College women's soccer team fell 0-7 to the Keene State College Owls at the Owl Athletic Complex on Sunday in Keene, New Hampshire, in non-conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- NEC junior goalkeeper Hollie Bomba (Seymour, Conn.) was tested early as Katherine Burzlaff (Windham, N.H.) buried one past her only 1:12 into the game for the first of her eventual three goals in the game.
- In the 25th minute, Keene State would strike again as Kaylee Cormier (Manchester, Conn.) scored an unassisted goal to make it a two goal deficit going into halftime.
- The hosts would stay on the offensive in the second half, adding five more goals on 14 shots on net in the period. Bryn Dickinson (Quaker Hill, Conn.) and Allison Kenyon (Gilford, N.H.) both got in on the scoring while both Burzlaff and Cormier enjoyed multi-goal games.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Bomba had a busy day en route to making 15 saves in the loss, while Keene State goalkeeper Riley Andriski (Newmarket, N.H.) made two saves in 45 minutes of action.
- The Owls had six different players tally three shots on goal apiece in the win.
- NEC senior forward Shelby McBain (Indianhead, Md.) and Freshman forward Abbey Keyes (Dedham, Mass.) provided the two lone shots on goal for the Pilgrims.
