HENNIKER, N.H. - The New England College Athletic Department has named junior shortstop
Brady Philibotte (Weare, N.H.) of the NEC baseball team their Male Pilgrim of the Month for April 2024.
Philibotte had everything working for him at the plate in the month of April, posting a .429/.448/.667 slash line across the team's 15 games. Philibotte accrued 27 hits, 12 of which went for extra bases, nine multi-hit games, 15 RBIs, and 14 runs scored. He also added three stolen bases on three attempts.
It was an eventful month for Philibotte, who on April 7th, hit for the cycle against Albertus Magnus, achieving the feat with a single in the first, a double in the fourth, a triple in the sixth, and finally a home run in the eighth. Later on April 28th, in a doubleheader against Rivier, Philibotte had a six-hit day that put the junior over the 100 career hits milestone.
In addition to his on-the-field efforts, Philibotte was also inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society.
