HENNIKER, N.H. - Five student-athletes from the New England College men's soccer team were named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Soccer Team, in an announcement made by the CSC on Tuesday.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Men's Soccer teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Recognized from NEC is junior outside-back Patrick Tewksbury (Londonderry, N.H.), sophomore outside-back Nicholas Jurrissen (Madbury, N.H.), sophomore outside-back Erik Corbin (Marlborough, Mass.), junior midfielder Wyatt Flibbert (Windham, Maine), and sophomore midfielder Santiago Sanchez (Guatemala City, Guatemala).
"I'm really happy for these student-athletes to be recognized for their academic success," said head coach Pat Laughlin. "They have pushed themselves both on and off the field."
The College Sports Communicators – formerly CoSIDA – have recognized outstanding academics among student-athletes since 1952.
