COLLEGEVILLE, P.A. – The New England College women's wrestling team fell 35-10 at Ursinus College on Saturday at Floy Lewis Bakes Center in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
TOP 'GRIMS
- A double forfeit started things off in the 103-weight class.
- The first points were scored by the Bears off a forfeit to give Ursinus a 5-0 lead.
- Freshman Madeline Li (Andover, Mass.), sophomore Olivia Delegas (Andover, Mass.), freshman Morgan Gora (Hudson, N.H.) were pinned by their opponents to make it 20-0 Ursinus.
- Freshman Jaclyn Dehney (Pelham, N.H.) scored the first win for the Pilgrims with a pinfall just over a minute into the match.
- Freshman Orla King (Woburn, Mass.) took a pin before junior Karime Camarena-Tejeda (Miami, Fla.) earned a pinfall victory to make it 30-10.
- Evette Colon from Ursinus took a forfeit win to cap off the 35-10 victory.
