NEWTON, Mass. – The New England College men's basketball team lost 86-50 at Lasell University on Saturday afternoon at the Lasell Athletic Center in Newton, Massachusetts in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• NEC junior guard Alex Williams (Miramar, Fla.) had a near double-double with eight points and nine rebounds to lead the Pilgrims.
• NEC graduate guard Jayden McGrew (Garland, Tex.) scored seven points while pulling down four boards in just 16 minutes.
• NEC graduate guard Nick Gomeau (Enfield, Conn.) and sophomore guard Michael Hills (Baton Rouge, Lous.) each added six points and four rebounds.
• Lasell junior guard Conan McCusker (Dorchester, Mass.) went 5-of-6 from behind the arc, finishing with 19 points for the Lasers.
