Box Score HENNIKER, N.H. – The New England College Baseball team plates ten runs while the pitching staff strikes out 16 as the Pilgrims roll to a 10-1 win over Colby-Sawyer College in non-conference action Thursday afternoon at Laurie Cox Memorial Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
New England College started fast, as they would go up 4-0 in the first two innings. Michael Ciccotelli opened up the scoring as he singled home Luca Giallongo in the bottom of the first. Brady Philibotte started the scoring in the bottom of the second, as he doubled home Patrick Hagerty before Giallongo scored on a bases-loaded walk. Philibotte finished off the inning as he scampered home on a wild pitch.
The Pilgrims expanded their lead in the bottom of the fifth. Sylvian Audet drove in Cicctelli and Morin with his single up the middle before scoring later on a Harutaro Takahashi base hit to right-center field. Colby-Sawyer got on the board in the top of the seventh as Zach Rogers singled home Brady Holmes.
NEC tacked on one run in the seventh, as Connor Morin hit a solo home run to right, while the Kyle Dobrie extended the lead to 10-1 following his two-RBI double in the left-field corner.
Wyatt Cameron picked up the win after pitching 4.0 innings with six strikeouts. Stephen Dunham threw two innings on no-hit baseball, while Shawn Sears, Tim Krol, and Corey O'Day each pitched one inning in relief.

- NEC struck out 16 batters as a pitching staff, which is the most since they struck out 20 against Wells on March 13th.
