The New England College Men's Lacrosse team is looking to halt their five-game losing skid as they take on Nichols College at 7:00 pm Monday.
New England College (1-5, 0-0 NECC) has dropped their last five contests. Connor Smith leads the way for the Pilgrims' offenses with 12 goals and 14 points, while Lucas Ferreira paces the team with six assists and 17 points. Quint Bartush and Joseph Pricken have combined to win 64.0 percent (82-of-128) of their faceoffs in the faceoff circle. Connor Almstrom and Michael Catalano headline a trio of netminders for New England College, as they combine for a 12.37 goals-against average and a .532 save percentage.
Nichols College (2-6, 0-1 CCC) is coming off an 11-6 loss to Wentworth on Saturday. Cian Keohane leads the charge for the Bison offense with 24 goals and 29 points. Colby Gillis paces the team with 17 assists while ranking second on the team with 23 points. Scott Ehrenberg has been the top faceoff specialist for Nichols, as he has won 66.8 percent of his faceoffs (123-of-184). Brady Morgan and Billy Heller have split time in goal for the Bison, as the duo combines for a .497 save percentage and an 11.76 goals-against average.
