The New England College Men's Lacrosse team returns to the road as they head down to Rhode Island to take on Johnson & Wales at 3:00 pm.

New England College (1-0, 0-0 NECC) is looking to start the year out 2-0, as they are coming off a 10-6 win over Anna Maria Wednesday afternoon. Connor Smith led the way with five goals, while Luca Ferreira and TJ Nong added two scores. Thomas Norton and Josh Owens recorded a pair of assists, while Michael Catalano registered 13 saves.  

Johnson & Wales (0-1, 0-0 GNAC) dropped their season opener at Roger Williams, 16-8. Tyler Drago and Joe McIntyre recorded two goals for the Wildcats against RWU. Mike Muench leads the team with two assists, while Chris April and Trent Madigan split time in the crease and recorded 17 saves.

NEC leads the all-time series 2-0.
