Box Score BRYN MAWR, Pa.-Two second-half goals for the Bryn Mawr College field hockey team proved to be the difference as they shutout the Pilgrims of New England College, 2-0, on Sunday afternoon in non-conference action.
With the win, Bryn Mawr improves to 3-1 on the season, while NEC falls to 1-3.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Pilgrims batted their hosts to a 0-0 score at halftime despite being outshot 16-0 in the frame. Bryn Mawr made their shots count in the second half, as they scored two goals on eight shots, four of which were on-target.
Abigail Lua scored Bryn Mawr's first goal in the 48
th minute on a shot from the right side. Nearly 14 minutes later, the hosts pushed it out of reach with a Mary Cugini goal in the 61
st minute.
