HENNIKER, N.H. - The New England College men's golf team announced their 2026 schedule on Monday, setting the stage for their title defense of their third straight Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championship from last fall.
The 'Grims kick off their campaign on Saturday, September 5th, with their lone home match, the NEC Invitational hosted at the Country Club of New Hampshire in nearby North Sutton.
On Wednesday, September 9th, the team will once again compete in the Tony Mariano Invitational hosted by Norwich at the Country Club of Barre in Barre, Vermont. On Sunday, September 13th, they begin play in the Eastern Connecticut State Men's Collegiate Invite in Baltic, Connecticut, with day two action finishing on Monday the 14th.
The following weekend, the Pilgrims head back to the Green Mountain State for the two-day Castleton Invitational on September 19th and 20th at Rutland Country Club. Friday, September 25th sees the team travel to Candia Woods Golf Links for the Battle for Boston hosted by Suffolk University.
NEC goes head-to-head against Norwich on Sunday, September 27th, before closing their regular season at the Keene State Tournament on Tuesday, September 29th.
The team's title defense will officially commence on Monday, October 5th, as the GNAC Championships begin play at the Country Club of Barre. The 2026 champions will be crowned on Tuesday, October 6th.
