HENNIKER, N.H. - The New England College men's soccer team announced their 2026 schedule on Tuesday.
The Pilgrims play a pair of scrimmages at NHTI on Wednesday, August 26th, and Lesley at home on Saturday, August 29th in preparation for the regular season.
For the fourth consecutive season, the 'Grims will face Plymouth State to open the season up in Plymouth on Tuesday, September 1st. The teams have split the prior three games, 1-1-1, with NEC most recently winning 2-0 a year ago.
The team will then play four straight games at home including non-conference matchups against UMaine-Presque Isle on Saturday, September 5th, Wentworth on Sunday, September 6th, and VTSU-Lyndon on Wednesday, September 9th. GNAC play begins on Saturday, September 9th, as the Pilgrims host Lasell at 3:00 PM.
NEC makes the short trip to Colby-Sawyer on Tuesday, September 15th, followed by a non-conference home game against VTSU-Randolph on Thursday, September 17th. The rest of their October slate stays in-conference: St. Joseph's (ME) comes to town on Wednesday, September 23rd before road trips to Elms on Saturday, September 26th and Regis on Tuesday, September 29th.
The month of October begins with a road match at Mitchell on Saturday, October 3rd. The 'Grims return home for contests against Emmanuel on Wednesday, October 7th and Saint Joseph (CT) on Saturday, October 10th. They play their final non-conference game at Framingham State on Tuesday, October 13th.
On Saturday, October 17th, NEC hosts Albertus Magnus, followed by road games at Rivier on Wednesday, October 21st, and Dean on Friday, October 23rd. The 'Grims host Norwich on Tuesday, October 27th in their regular season finale.
The opening round of the GNAC tournament is set to be played on Saturday, October 31st, followed by the semifinals on Wednesday, November 4th. The championship tilt will be played on Saturday, November 7th, hosted by the higher seed.
