HENNIKER, N.H. - The New England College field hockey team announced their 2026 schedule on Tuesday.
The Pilgrims will have a pair of preseason tune-ups in August against Plymouth State on the 23rd before hosting Division II foe Saint Michael's on the 26th.
The regular season begins on Friday, September 4th, as the 'Grims travel to Keene State. Their September slate features other non-conference matchups against Clark on September 8th, Bridgewater State on September 10th, UMass-Boston on September 14th, and Gordon on September 15th.
After advancing to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) semifinals in each of the last three seasons, the team kicks off their conference schedule against Simmons on Saturday, September 19th at home. GNAC games against Lasell on September 23rd, Saint Joseph (CT) on September 26th, and Elms on September 30th close out the month.
After the calendar flips to October, the 'Grims face non-conference opponent Plymouth State on the 6th back on Don Melander Field. They will meet Saint Joseph's (ME) on October 10th before another out-of-conference game against UMaine-Farmington on October 12th.
The team travels to Rivier on October 14th before welcoming the reigning GNAC champion Dean Bulldogs to town on Saturday, October 17th, for a rematch of last year's GNAC semifinal game. The Pilgrims host Colby-Sawyer on October 21st and Regis on October 24th before wrapping up the regular season against Endicott on October 27th.
The opening round of the GNAC tournament is set to be played on Saturday, October 31st, followed by the semifinals on Wednesday, November 4th. The championship tilt will be played on Saturday, November 7th, hosted by the higher seed.
