HENNIKER, N.H. – The New England College women's basketball team lost 87-59 to visiting Rivier College on Saturday afternoon at the Bridges Gymnasium in Henniker, New Hampshire in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- NEC senior center Kathleen Rodriguez (McFarland, Calif.) led the Pilgrims with 15 points and six rebounds, shooting seven-of-nine from the floor.
- Rivier senior guard Lyric Grumblatt (Manchester, N.H.) led the Raiders with 35 points, shooting five-of-seven from behind the arc, while pulling down seven rebounds and collecting four steals.
- NEC senior guard Alissia Corona (Wylie, Tex.) filled up the stat-line with nine points, a team-high seven boards, a career-high five assists and a steal.
- Rivier junior guard Alexa Dufries (Leicester, Mass.) posted 22 points with five rebounds.
- A fast-start and superior three-point shooting proved decisive for the Raiders, as they shot 35.5 percent (11-of-31) behind the arc against nine percent (3-of-25) for the Pilgrims.
