FRANKLIN, Mass. – The New England College women's basketball team snapped their three-game losing streak with a dominating 76-41 victory at Dean College on Wednesday evening at Pieri Gymnasium in Franklin, Massachusetts in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.

TURNING POINTS
- Up 35-28 at the half, the 'Grims' defense clamped down on the Bulldogs in the third quarter, holding them to five points and closing out the stanza on a 13-point run as they opened up a 56-33 lead behind a balanced scoring attack and were never challenged again.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- NEC senior center Kathleen Rodriguez (McFarland, Calif.) led the balanced Pilgrim attack, shooting 7-of-11 from the floor for 14 points with eight rebounds.
- Dean junior guard Tori Viau (Johnston, R.I.) led the Bulldogs with 12 points.
- NEC junior guard Amya Moss (Norfolk, Va.) also shot well on 50 percent shooting, finishing with ten points and two steals.
- NEC senior guard Alissia Corona (Wylie, Tex.) and sophomore guards Makiah Scott (Washington, D.C.) and sophomore guard Macy Gordon (Boscawen, N.H.) each added eight points.
- NEC senior forward Juliana Hernandez (McFarland, Calif.) pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.
- The 'Grims dominated in the transition game, totaling 15 steals and holding a 29-9 advantage in points off turnovers.
