PLYMOUTH, N.H. - The New England College women's volleyball team fell in three sets to Plymouth State University on a spooky Tuesday evening in nonconference play at the Foley gymnasium in Plymouth, New Hampshire.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- While the team struggled to gain much momentum against a tough opponent, junior outside hitter Torrance Robertson (Bakersfield, Calif.) paced all players with 11 kills.
- NEC sophomore setter Aurora Gutierrez-Macias (El Paso, Tex.) tallied 12 assists and six digs, while sophomore defensive specialist Krissy Cardello (Peabody, Mass.) led the team with 10 digs.
- Plymouth State senior Nora Ryan (Groton, Conn.) was the standout for the hosts, putting up nine kills, seven service aces, and two-and-a-half total blocks. Additionally, Riley McDonough (Gilford, N.H.) contributed 14 assists while Makayla Marucci (Newton, Mass.) added 12 digs for the Panthers.
