QUINCY, MASS. - The New England College women's soccer team picked up their first conference victory at Eastern Nazarene Tuesday evening at Veterans Memorial Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

In the 34th minute, senior Reese Hultgren (Charlton, Mass.) would score off a header from first-year Fernanda Rojas (Puebla, Mexico) to give the Pilgrims a 1-0 lead going into halftime.

NEC would add to their lead in the 59th minute after first-year Briana Lopes (East Providence, R.I.) scored with an assist from senior Mackenzie Fels (Centereach, N.Y.). Junior Khaya Sims (Surprise, Ariz.) would receive a pass from Lopes to find the back of the net in the 63rd minute. In the 83rdminute, ENC first-year Jordan Lee (Hampden, Mass.) would score the final goal of the match off a pass from sophomore Kayla Dorn (Hampton, Ill.).
