Waring led the way for the ‘Grims at the GNAC Men’s Golf Championships, helping the team to a first-place finish to win by 26 strokes over the rest of the field. It was the team’s second consecutive GNAC Championship and earned the Pilgrims an automatic qualifier to the 2025 Division III NCAA tournament in Penfield, New York, next May. 

Waring placed first among all golfers across the two-day competition, earning GNAC Player of the Year and GNAC All-Conference First Team honors. He finished at +9 overall, one stroke ahead of teammate Timothy Carlson (Albany, N.Y.). Waring’s 72 (+2) on Day 2 was the best single-day score of the tournament and his best of the season.
