Alex LaPlante, Men’s Ice Hockey
Senior forward Alex LaPlante (Londonderry, N.H.) finished with three goals and two assists over four games in December, leading the ‘Grims to a 3-1 record. LaPlante assisted on a goal from senior forward Chris Lee (Rapid City, S.D.) just 4:07 into NEC’s game against Salem State on December 8th, a shot proving to be the eventual game-winner.
“Alex had a great stretch of games with some big goals.” Head coach Tom Carroll said. “We look forward to further success in the New Year!
As of press time, LaPlante was leading the ‘Grims in goals (nine) and second in overall points (13).
