Manick was named the Director of men's and women's wrestling in May 2025. He secured his first coaching victory as the men's team took down Maine Maritime on November 15th, 2025, 44-11. In his first season, he oversaw seven Pilgrims earning All-Region honors and two 'Grims competing in the NCAA Championships across the men's and women's programs.

Manick was an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Rhode Island College in 2024-2025. Travis had previously spent two years here at New England College as a Graduate Assistant Wrestling Coach from 2022-2024. In his first stint at NEC, Manick assisted in coaching the men's team to a winning record in 2023-2024 and assisted in coaching the inaugural season for the women's wrestling program.
