New England College

Michael J. McCaffrey was named Assistant Athletic Director of the New England College athletics department in 2024.

McCaffrey brings more than three decades of experience in athletics administration and coaching to the program, most recently having served as the Athletic Director of Sharon High School in Massachusetts. McCaffrey also had stops at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, Windham High School and Groton-Dunstable Regional High School.

McCaffrey was previously a collegiate men's lacrosse coach with stops at American International College, the College of the Holy Cross, Wheaton College and Rivier University.
