Josh is a long-time competitor in online gaming, garnering his first published recognitions via Xbox Live in the early 2000s. More recently he has worked with eSports companies, including major national sport brands by developing best practices for coaching and talent recruitment.

"I have been gaming for about 30 years. Having played games across many genres and platforms, I enjoy the modern eSports scene. Competitively, I've played many titles, League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, World of Tanks, Hearthstone, Overwatch. I believe that eSports is an important part of the collegiate experience for scholar-athletes as it allows them to compete and grow, sharing their passion in a professional intercollegiate environment. As a coach, I strive to foster a team's passions, challenge their skillsets, but above all…to have fun."
