Wyborney joins New England College ji six seasons as an assistant coach of the St. Anselm College Hawks women's soccer program While there the program compiled an overall record of 54-41-29 (.552), including a 36-32-19 mark (.523) in Northeast-10 Conference (NE10) play. Wyborney has been a part of leading Saint Anselm to the NE10 postseason five times and took the Hawks to a pair of NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championships. His teams posted above .500 records in each season while there. That included a pair of 10-win campaigns in 2021 and 2022, which saw the Hawks reach the NE10 Semifinals in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 1994 and 1995. Prior to those postseason runs, the Hawks had not won a postseason game since 2006.
Also in 2021, Saint Anselm earned an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament for the first time in program history. The following season, the Hawks received another at-large bid and made their second consecutive NCAA postseason appearance.
During his time at Saint Anselm, Wyborney guided the Hawks to a consistent position in the NCAA Division II East Region rankings. He also helped the program climb to as high as #23 in the United Soccer Coaches Division II national poll in 2023. It was the program's highest national ranking since 1997 and its first ranking overall since 1998.
An accomplished head coach at the high school level, Wyborney has guided girls soccer teams at Manchester Memorial, Nashua North and Souhegan and owns a 210-62-18 (.755) overall record. The 2017 NSCAA (United Soccer Coaches) High School Large School Coach of the Year, he also earned New England Coach of the Year honors after guiding Souhegan to the NHIAA Division II Girls Soccer Championship game. Wyborney has earned NHSCA Division I Coach of the Year honors at both Manchester Memorial (2007) and at Nashua (2016).
The long-time Director of Coaching and Club Development at Nashua World Cup Soccer from 2002-18, Wyborney's teams won seven New Hampshire State Cup titles. He has also served as the New England Football Club's Director of the New Hampshire region and as a coach for the New Hampshire Soccer Association's Olympic Development Program.
Wyborney holds a "D" coaching license from the United States Soccer Federation. He also holds an Advanced National License and a Director of Coaching Certification from the NSCAA.
