HENNIKER, N.H.- The National Wrestling Association (NWCA) bestowed the titles of 2024 NCAA Division III Scholar All-Americans to graduate Chris DeRosa (Billerica, Mass.) and junior John Lafferty (Woburn, Mass.) of the New England College men's wrestling team in an announcement by the association on Thursday.

The two Pilgrims were among 418 wrestlers from 100 institutions have achieved the status of Scholar All-American.

DeRosa, who went 18-7 this season, earned a New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) Wrestler of the Week award for week ending February 12^th, then went on to be voted All-NEWA Honorable Mention in the postseason awards.

Lafferty went 19-14 on the year.
