The New England College athletic training room is a state-of–the-art facility expanded and remodeled 2001 to meet the needs of over 200 student-athletes. The training room is located on the lower level of Bridges Gymnasium and includes therapeutic equipment such as hot and cold whirlpools, ultrasound machines and several estim machines.
In addition to three full-time certified athletic trainers, the training room staffs student workers interested in pursuing a degree in pre-athletic training. The athletic trainers work closely with medical professionals and the NEC coaching staff to ensure student-athletes receive the best medical care available.
